There are countless decisions to make, from choosing the perfect venue to finalizing the guest list and selecting the catering, cake, and more. C&MO specializes in wedding bar services and offers a stress-free experience for your big day. Our team of professional bartenders will handle everything, allowing you to relax and enjoy your time with guests. We provide bartending services for your rehearsal dinner, cocktail hour, and reception. It's important to note that most couples reserve their bar services well in advance, typically 6-9 months prior to their wedding day. Now is the perfect time to secure your special date, and we are here to help you every step of the way!

Choosing C&MO for your wedding is an easy decision. Here's what to expect when you work with us:

Get in Touch with Us Today! - To get started, simply fill out our quick & easy INFO FORM. Our team will get back to you within 24-48 business hours. We understand that every wedding is unique, so we personalize all of our quotes to suit your specific needs.
Introduction Meeting - We would like to discuss your bar needs with you either by phone or in person. During this discussion, we will cover important details such as the number of guests, the hours of bar service, the type of bar service (Full Bar, Limited Bar, Beer & Wine only), and your budget. We are interested in getting to know you and your fiancé so we can provide a personalized bar service for your special day.
Contract and Retainer - After selecting C&MO and determining the appropriate package, the next step is to sign the contract and pay a retainer to secure your desired date and bartenders. The process can be completed entirely online, including receiving the contract via email, electronically signing it, and making the retainer payment. We require 50% non-refundable retainer at time of contract signing. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your bar services. Keep in mind, your non-refundable retainer is subtracted from your balance. Example: if your package is $1,000, you would pay $500.00 at contract signing and the remaining $500.00 would be due 30 days before your date.
Follow-up Meeting - Now that we've covered the necessary legal ”stuff,” let's dive into the specifics. In this meeting, we'll go over the various drink options, including signature cocktails. What are your expectations, and how can we ensure we meet them? If you'd like us to visit your venue, just give us a heads-up!
Let’s talk about alcohol and what will be served! - At C&MO, we can supply you with all the alcohol you need for your bar services. Alternatively, if you prefer to purchase it yourself, we can assist you in deciding what to buy and how much to get. It's always better to order more than you think you'll need to avoid running out. Additionally, most liquor stores and our service at C&MO allow for returns of unopened alcohol with a refund.
It’s almost wedding time! At C&MO, we kindly request that our clients settle their full contracted amount no later than 30 days before their wedding date. We understand that several payments must be made for various vendors, such as the venue, catering, dresses, tuxedos, and more. We are happy to work with you to find a payment arrangement that suits your needs.
Your Wedding Day is So Close! - One to two weeks before the wedding day, we will schedule a meeting to discuss final details such as arrival time, setup location(s), and alcohol orders. The meeting can be done either by phone or in person.

We can coordinate with your wedding planner or anyone else you choose to ensure that your bar services go smoothly.
