Do you provide alcohol?
Cocktailz N’ More operates as a dry-hire mobile bartending service. Clients purchase the alcohol for their event, and we help make the process easy by providing quantity recommendations, shopping guidance and beverage planning.
How much does mobile bartending cost?
Our bartending services start at $300. Final pricing depends on guest count, service hours, number of bartenders, event location and selected enhancements.
Every quote is customized so you only pay for what makes sense for your event.
Can you help me figure out how much alcohol to buy?
Absolutely. Alcohol planning is one of the services we provide. We can help estimate quantities based on your guest count, event duration and beverage menu.
Can you provide a Certificate of Insurance for my venue?
Yes. Cocktailz N’ More carries General and Liquor Liability insurance and can provide a Certificate of Insurance when required.
Do you offer corporate bartending services?
Yes. We provide professional bartending for company celebrations, holiday parties, networking events, conferences, employee appreciation events and other corporate gatherings.

Absolutely! Weddings are one of our specialties. We help couples create a seamless, elevated guest experience with professional bartending, signature cocktails, champagne toasts, and customized bar setups.
Can you create signature cocktails?
Yes! We love helping couples and hosts create personalized signature cocktails that match their event theme, personality, or favorite flavors.
Do you offer champagne toast service?
Yes, champagne toast and pour service is available as an add-on for weddings and special celebrations.

Do you offer portable bars?
Yes! We offer portable bar setups for outdoor venues, private properties, and locations without an existing bar area.
How many bartenders will I need?
We typically recommend 1 bartender per 75 guests to ensure efficient service and minimal wait times.
Do you offer services for smaller events?
Yes! We offer Micro Packages for events with 50 guests or fewer, providing a streamlined bartending option for smaller gatherings.
BOOKING & PLANNING
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings & peak event seasons like Halloween, New Year’s Eve and Holidays, as dates can fill quickly.
How do I reserve my date?
A signed agreement and non-refundable retainer payment are required to officially secure your event date.
Do you travel?
Contact us with your event location and we’ll let you know about availability and any applicable travel fees.
PAYMENT & GRATUITY
Do you accept credit card payments?
Yes! We accept credit card and ACH payments for your convenience. Fees do apply.
Flexible Payment Options
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! We offer flexible payment options for our clients. After your initial retainer is paid to secure your date, the remaining balance can be split into convenient monthly payments leading up to your event.When is the final payment due?
Final payment is typically due 30 days prior to your event date unless otherwise noted in your agreement.Can I pay early or pay in full?
Absolutely. Clients are welcome to pay in full at any time.Are automatic payments available?
Yes — automatic scheduled payments are available to make the process simple and stress-free.How does gratuity work?
Gratuity can either be prepaid by the host or collected through tip jars and QR payment options during the event. If gratuity minimums are not met, the host covers the difference.
