  • Do you provide alcohol?

    Due to Florida laws, clients purchase the alcohol for their event. However, Cocktailz N’ More provides guidance on quantities, recommendations, and alcohol planning to help make the process simple and stress-free.

  • Are your bartenders certified and insured?

    Yes! All of our bartenders are certified, experienced, and covered under General and Liquor Liability insurance.

  • What types of events do you service?

    We provide mobile bartending services for weddings, wedding receptions, corporate events, birthday parties, private parties, holiday parties, networking events, conferences, and more.

  • What areas do you serve?

  • Do you specialize in weddings?

    Absolutely! Weddings are one of our specialties. We help couples create a seamless, elevated guest experience with professional bartending, signature cocktails, champagne toasts, and customized bar setups.

  • Can you create signature cocktails?

    Yes! We love helping couples and hosts create personalized signature cocktails that match their event theme, personality, or favorite flavors.

  • Do you offer champagne toast service?

    Yes, champagne toast and pour service is available as an add-on for weddings and special celebrations.

  • What’s included in your bartending packages?

    • 4 hours of bar service

    • 1 certified & insured bartender

    • Setup & breakdown

  • Do you offer portable bars?

    Yes! We offer portable bar setups for outdoor venues, private properties, and locations without an existing bar area.

  • How many bartenders will I need?

    We typically recommend 1 bartender per 75 guests to ensure efficient service and minimal wait times.

  • Do you offer services for smaller events?

    Yes! We offer Micro Packages for events with 50 guests or fewer, providing a streamlined bartending option for smaller gatherings.


📅 BOOKING & PLANNING

  • How far in advance should I book?

    We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings and peak event seasons like Halloween, New Year’s Even and Holidays, as dates can fill quickly.

  • How do I reserve my date?

    A signed agreement and non-refundable retainer payment are required to officially secure your event date.

  • Do you travel?

    Yes! We regularly travel throughout Florida and Southeast Georgia. Travel fees may apply depending on event location.


💵 PAYMENT & GRATUITY

  • Do you accept credit card payments?

    Yes! We accept credit card and ACH payments for your convenience. Fees do apply.

  • Flexible Payment Options

    Do you offer payment plans?
    Yes! We offer flexible payment options for our clients. After your initial retainer is paid to secure your date, the remaining balance can be split into convenient monthly payments leading up to your event.

    When is the final payment due?
    Final payment is typically due 14 days prior to your event date unless otherwise noted in your agreement.

    Can I pay early or pay in full?
    Absolutely. Clients are welcome to pay in full at any time.

    Are automatic payments available?
    Yes — automatic scheduled payments are available to make the process simple and stress-free.

  • How does gratuity work?

    Gratuity can either be prepaid by the host or collected through tip jars and QR payment options during the event. If gratuity minimums are not met, the host covers the difference.
