Are your bartenders licensed?

C&MO is a Licensed LLC with the State of Florida. State of Florida does not require a bartender to have a license. We do not provide any alcohol so we are not required to have a Liquor License.

Are your bartenders trained?

Yes - All of our bartenders are ServSafe Alcohol Certified. All of our bartenders have experience in event service, bars/ nightclubs, restaurants, arenas and sports complexes. Our bartenders have experience ranging from 1 year up to 20+ years.

What is servesafe alcohol certified?

The ServSafe Alcohol® training and certification program certifies our bartenders to effectively do the following:
- Understand alcohol laws and responsibilities
- Evaluate intoxication levels
- Check identification
- Deal with difficult situations
All of these are important to ensure the best experience and safety of your guest.

are you insured?

Yes - We carry General and Liquor Liability Insurance. Documentation is provided upon request.

can you provide the liquor, beer and/or wine?

C&MO does not provide any alcohol with any of our packages due to FL Liquor Licensing and Law. However, we do have the ability to help you purchase your liquor via ABC Fine Wine & Spirits. Please inquire for more information

do you require a deposit to secure a date for my event?

Yes - all bookings require $250 deposit at booking to secure your date. Remaining balance must be paid in full at least 4 weeks prior to event date! You can make payment in full or we can discuss a payment plan - just ask us!

what do you accept for payments?

We accept anything legal! Ha - We accept cash and debit/credit cards via our invoicing system.

Tips & Gratuity

Like everyone else in the service industry, our bartenders work for gratuity! Most clients allow bartender tip options (jar and electronic) on the bar during the event, however, if you do not want to, that’s OK, we can add gratuity to your invoice and you can prepay!
